This was a replacement for one stolen from my friend in GA while I visited with her. It had to be returned 2 times for faulty operations, but the 3rd one was a charm! This product works well and I would definitely purchase it again.

I bought this on sale for $69 dollars then I had a 30 dollar discount. So I only paid $39.00 for this GPS
for that reason alone I am happy with this product. it does function and work like it should its just REALLY SLOW.
it takes a long time to boot up and then a really long time to acquire Satellites. the Turn by turn warnings come late too I'm usually in the turn when the GPS "BING TURN HERE"....these are small inconveniences that I never had with my Magellan. like I said before... it works but its slow.. I would not pay Anything over $100 for this. That money is better spent on a Magellan.

I got the product, charged it, powered on and the loading bar froze at 20% forever. I could drain it fully, reset and nothing worked always was stuck there. The manufacturer service is a joke. If you ask their live support they just say "Call the phone number". If you email them they say "Call the phone number". The guy on the phone could not help me beyond doing the things I did already and said I had to pay to ship it back to them so they could fix it. Why should I have to pay more if they made a faulty product? I returned it to amazon and now have a horrible view of this manufacturer.

this does not have a Canadian map as advertised.was lucky to have another GPS with me when i Went to canada.because it was blank the moment I crossed the border

As I knew before ordering, the 1 GB SD card was too small for much additional data. A quick download to computer, and then an upload to a 2 GB SD card solved the problem. Love the unit, except for screen in very direct BRIGHT sunlight.
